Last night I met Brooke Fraser. 

Here, let me say that again…Last night I met Brooke Fraser.

Thanks to my good old friend Cam and his kind of internship with SceneSC over the summer, I was equipped with one free ticket, photographer status, and the opportunity to interview one of my absolute favorite music artists.

The interview was brief, but it happened and it was awesome. Her “people”, the ones that actually organized the whole thing for us, were super nice and supportive and the minute we walked into the room with her, I felt like I had known her for years. She was so genuine and easy to talk to and her show was absolutely flawless. She is flawless. 

What a great performance, and what a fantastic opportunity…I’m still a little giddy, to be honest. I also slipped into fan mode at the end of the interview to snag this photo. LISTEN TO HER MUSIC, IT IS PERFECT.
